Airbnb Rntal property in the nIagara region

Finding a Property to Airbnb

There are over 20,000 weddings per year in the Niagara region and a real shortage of hotel rooms, especially for larger groups.  Thousands of weddings happen in the Bench region (Beamsville to St.Catherines) and there is no where to stay.  Properties are very reasonably priced and you can earn between $500-600 per night on your property.  The best part is that you can use the property too and write off all the expenses against the income AND get a rebate of HST on all purchases like furniture and decoration.  The property could pay for itself in 5- 10 years.

Before buying a property, it is important to do your due diligence.  We can explain what is involved with owning an Airbnb property including set-up, book keeping and all the tax advantages that come with owning an income generating property including all the write-offs and return of all HST paid. If you've dreamed of owning an investment property in wine country, then we can make your dream come true.  Talk to us.  You'll enjoy the conversation over a nice bottle of VQA wine.
